near a major metropolitan area or a major airport, there may be extra charges
added on to to your original rate.

Should I order online or by phone?
While we are very happy to answer any of your questions by e-mail or phone, we ask that whenever possible you use the online ordering system to place your order. Our entire business has an Internet-centric design which works optimally when information is submitted online. If, however, you are uncomfortable with the thought of entering your credit card number through Internet, you can call us to order a product.
What's OEM and how can you offer such low, low prices?
OEM products are the best-kept secret in the PC industry. OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturers. Almost all PC component and software venders make two versions of the same products based on a difference in the distribution channels. One is the retail boxed products sold mainly through retailers. Guess who is paying for the nice-looking packages which cost venders extra material and labor to produce (and everybody else more pollution)?
OEM products, which are sold mainly to system builders, such as Compaq and Dell. These so-called bulk-pack products do not have fancy packaging materials and are often produced in much higher volume, both of which result in much lower prices that have not been available to the public. The OEM products are of the same quality and often carry the same manufacturer's warranty as their retail counterparts. They also include supporting materials such as manual, cables and drivers when applicable.
How can I track my shipment?
When you order a product online we will send you an email which provides you with a
tracking number. You can then go to www.ups.com
and click "track". Enter the number
How long until my product is shipped?
See the "Availability" line in each products description. Most items go out the same day it is ordered if it is in stock.
If it is past 3:00pm US central time it may be shipped the following business day.
How long until I receive my order?
2-5 days if it is UPS Ground. It often depends on the order size and if it is in stock.
I live in Illinois, can I come and pick up my order?
While our operations are geared primarily for mail order, we do allow local customers to pick up their orders. However, we strongly encourage walk-in customers to place an online order first before coming to pick up your order, which in turn will save you a significant amount of waiting time.
What's your return policy?
Return Policy:
Product which is purchased from
Ourstore.com, must be returned unopened with a valid RA number (Return Authorization
number) within 10 days of order date to receive a full credit. Ourstore.com and its divisions, reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restock fee
for any reason. Returns MUST be pre-approved by a customer service
representative.
The following are NOT eligible for credit returns:
- Plasma displays are non returnable unless there is a
defect with the unit itself, or it is pre-approved by a customer service
representative.
- Plasma returns that are approved are subject to a 20%
restock fee.
- All software products.
How to
initiate a return:
- Contact a Customer Service Representative by phone
800-942-2120, or go to
www.ourstore.com and initiate a return utilizing our online RA form.
- If an RA Number has been issued, the product must be
received by us within 7 days of issuance.
- Please ship your product back including the RA form that
was shipped with your product originally. Please reference the RA number on
this form; this will assist us in processing your return quickly and
efficiently. We advise that you return product using a traceable shipping
method, such as UPS or FEDEX. We are not responsible for product lost in the
mail.

Unopened Product Returns:

For Factory Sealed (unopened with original packaging) product
only.

You have up to 10 business days from the date you receive the
product to contact us for an RA number. This does not include Plasma Displays,
LCD Screens, TV’s, Computer Systems, or Software.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Ø
A full refund minus shipping will be issued once product has been
inspected and approved.

Opened Product (Non-Defective) Exchange only:
Ø
Opened product that is not defective.
Ø
You have up to 5 business days from the date you receive the
product to contact us for an RA number. RA’s of this type will be issued as an
in-store credit or exchange only.
Ø
A restock fee will be charged for all opened product. This
fee will range from 15%-25% depending on the product being returned.
Ø
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Damaged/Defective Product
Ø
Defective product, excluding Plasma Displays, LCD screens or TV’s.
Ø
We will issue Full credit or Exchange if we are contacted with 5
business days of receipt of the defective product.
Ø
We will cover return shipping costs and ship the exchanged product
back to the customer at no additional charge.

Damaged/Defective Plasma Displays, LCD Screens, or TV’s

If you receive a product and it has physical damage, you must
refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. We will ship out the
replacement at no expense to the customer.

If you accept a product and then notice it has physical damage,
contact us immediately and we will attempt to process an exchange from the
manufacture. This is solely at the discression of the manufacture.
